<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic data measurement system capable of automating traffic data investigation from input to analysis to improve the efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 13 photographs images at a measurement point with a camera 23, and compresses vehicle model codes input through a ten-key 25 to store them into itself. In addition, after a certain period passes, the cellular phone 13 transmits the time and location information when the ten-key 25 was depressed to a server 11 through a network 15.
