PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant heat insulating sheet having high heat resistance, low in heat conductivity and easy to mold. SOLUTION: The heat-resistant heat insulating sheet is characterized in that a continuous usable temperature is 200°C or above and has at least two heat-resistant resin layers having a high heat-resistant temperature of 200°C or above and the hermetically closed space formed between the heat-resistant resin layers.
