A water gauge formed of a cast material of stainless 304 and 316 is provided to obtain an SS cast union, an SS cast faucet, an SS cast angle valve as well as the water gauge. In a method for manufacturing a stainless steel cast water gauge using a vacuum cast method, wax is divided in the process of designing and manufacturing a mold of the water gauge to obtain an injection molding product(b). A case mold is manufactured by integrally bonding the divided injection molding product through a high frequency welding. A water gauge for hot water or a stainless steel cast water gauge is obtained by processes of separation of wax, plasticization of the cast, melting a stainless steel alloy, a casting work, and a finishing work. |
