PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated capacitor which can greatly reduce ESL in a terminal electrode. SOLUTION: A positive-side terminal electrode 2 and a negative-side terminal electrode 3 are alternately stacked so that they may be partly opposite to each other with a first insulator layer 4A between. Thus, a facing area to a virtual ground surface GND between them is made large. In addition, a distance of the respective terminal electrodes to the virtual ground surface GND is made short between the positive-side terminal electrode 2 and the negative-side terminal electrode 3. Thus, a magnetic field generated in the positive-side terminal electrode 2 and that generated in the negative-side terminal electrode 3 sufficiently negate each other, thereby reducing ESL in the terminal electrodes.
