PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for supporting a moving load, and a device using the structure capable of suppressing a deflected amount of a beam within a predetermined value without using a beam having excessive strength in comparison with necessary strength. SOLUTION: The structure is provided with a first beam, a movable body moving in a longitudinal direction of the first beam, and applying a load to the beam in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the beam, a second beam arranged substantially in parallel with the first beam, and an extendable actuator arranged between the first beam and the second beam, and capable of transmitting a load 1 received by the first beam in the direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the beam including the load by the movable body, to the second beam. In one end, a load 2 is applied to the first beam in a direction counteracting the load 1, a weight 2 is applied to the second beam in another end, the load 2 is substantially the same as the load 1 within a predetermined extension and contraction stroke, and the structure supports a moving load extending or contracting for just an amount responding to the deflected amount of the second beam by the load 2 to suppress deflection of the first beam.
