PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way valve for an expandable chamber of a medical device like an ostomy instrument. SOLUTION: The one-way valve 24 of the expandable chamber 18 includes: a wall part 16 and a film panel 26. The wall part is provided with an opening 22 for an expansion fluid, and the film panel is provided with a first part 26a fitted to the wall part and a movable second part 26b.
