PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silent telescopic handwriting-recognition touch pen capable of smoothly sliding and excellent in tactile feeling. SOLUTION: The telescopic handwriting-recognition touch pen includes two or more hollow tube bodies stored in a barrel so as to press each other. An end tube is provided inside the corresponding tube body. The end tube is formed as a locking component provided with oil seal rings, fixedly provided to the end part of the tube body, and used for preventing the tube body from escaping out from inside the large tube.
