A collection report control subsection (66) of a measurement data processing section (65) of a development supporting device sends a sensor measurement start request to a developing portable telephone according to a collection start instruction including a collection condition of an under-development application (62). The collection report control section starts measurement of the acceleration and posture angle of the developing portable telephone by means of a sensor. As a result, measurement by the sensor is started, and measurement raw data is sent continuously to the development supporting device. A data collecting section (67) collects data meeting the collection condition from the measurement data corresponding to the measurement raw data. Thus, in response to the data request including a report condition of an under-development program (62), a data report subsection (68) reports the measurement data satisfying the report condition to the under-development application (62).
