A guide of a hand sawing machine is provided to rapidly and precisely manufacture various sized holes and easily be detached and attached to/from a loading plate of the hand sawing machine according to work. A guide of a hand sawing machine includes a handle(12) formed in a body(1), a metal loading plate(2) formed with a guide recess coupled with a lower side of the body, and a saw mounting body to attach a saw blade to a leading bottom surface of the body. The loading plate includes a hole fabricating guide(100) attached to the loading plate and having a fixed plate(4a) and a center rod(4b). The fixed plate is made of a metal plate or synthetic resin plate, and includes a guide recess(41) formed in the leading end bottom surface in the longitudinal direction, a guide slot(42) formed in the upper side to communicate with the guide recess, a scale(43) formed in the front end, a locking ring stably locked by an outer end(22) of the loading plate, and a screw hole or a bolt to fasten a coupling piece(4c) to be locked by an inner end(22'). The coupling piece is coupled by the bolt, and includes a locking ring formed in the inner end of the loading plate.
