PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling pack holder on/from which a hand pump can be installed/removed for using a refilling pack itself. SOLUTION: This refilling pack holder provided with an opening 1 for mounting a hand pump 7 for dispensing a content from a refilling pack 6, a shoulder part 2 for sealing the cut of the pack 6 except the opening 1, a body part 3 surrounding the pack 6 and a bottom part 4 with a continuation means 9 at the center is divided into two, a front half a and a back half b with the means 9 as the center. A fastening means 5 is provided on the right and the left of the shoulder part 2 for forming the sealing structure of the cut by forming the inside face of the long shoulder parts 21a, 21b constituting the shoulder part 2 into a fitting structure.
