PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle vehicular actuator control device capable of simultaneously reducing the number of harnesses and connectors, protecting a control unit from the heat of electronic instruments, enhancing versatility, vehicle mountability and assembly workability, and reducing the cost. SOLUTION: A control unit CU comprises two units, i.e., a main control unit 21 having a CPU for executing the operation, and a drive control unit 22 for forming the drive signal to drive an actuator. The drive control unit 22 is integrally assembled to an actuator unit. Both units 21, 22 are connected to each other via a serial communication line 23, and separated from each other, and the drive control unit 22 converts the communication signal received through the serial communication into the drive signal.
