PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet for pet animals vanishing fecal matter of pet animals without generating malodor or vermin from fecal matter. SOLUTION: This treatment method of fecal matter of pet animals comprises processes for: contact-mixing the fecal matter of the pet animals with a decomposition agent; fermenting or decomposing the mixture formed in the previous process; and crushing the fermented decomposed matter formed in the previous process. The processes from contact-mixing to crushing via fermenting and decomposition are repeated every time. The present invention vanishes the fecal matter of pet animals without generating malodor or vermin from the treating device.
