PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly efficiently clean with a little cleaning sound in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A suction port 2 is annularly formed on the undersurface of a cleaner body 1, and an outlet 5 is formed concentric with the suction port 2 on the undersurface center of the cleaner body 1 to form an air passage 6 between the outlet 5 and the suction port 2 along the undersurface of the cleaner body 1; a suction duct 8 communicated with the suction port 2 and a dust box 10 connected to the suction duct 8 via a collecting pit 9 are disposed in the cleaner body 1; an annular skirt 7 surrounding the air passage 6 is provided on the undersurface of the cleaner body 1; the internal circumferential face 7A of the skirt 7 is inclined taperedly toward the lower part; a blower fan 12 is provided in the outlet 5 as an air flow forming means forming an air flow F passing from the outlet 5, through the air passage 6, the suction port 2, the suction duct 8 and the collecting pit 9 and reaching the dust collecting box 10; and a suction fan 14 is provided between the collecting pit 9 and the dust collecting box 10.
