PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock for game machines which enables the locking of the front frame further intensely on an outer frame while having a novel mechanism combined with a fraudulence prevention mechanism. SOLUTION: The lock has a pair of female members 2 and 3 provided in the rear side part of a front frame 12, a pair of male members 4 and 5 provided in the side part of an outer frame 11 and a hook member 30 disposed at a vertical intermediate part in the rear side part of the front frame 12. Slip prevention mechanisms which prevent shaft parts 4a and 5a from slipping off the insertion holes 2j and 3j respectively by getting them inserted into the insertion holes 2j and 3j and slip prevention releasing mechanisms for releasing the slip prevention mechanisms are provided respectively between the insertion holes 2j and 3j of the female members 2 and 3 and shaft parts 4a and 5a of the male members 4 and 5. The respective slip releasing mechanisms are actuated through linkage members 20 and 21 linked to a cylinder lock 6. The hook member 30 is latched on a hook receptacle part 31 provided on the outer frame 11 while being tilted in linkage with the cylinder 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
