PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball distribution mechanism making it difficult to predict the result of distribution of game balls. SOLUTION: The game ball distribution mechanism 13 is the mechanism for distributing game balls shot onto a game board of a game machine 1. The distribution mechanism comprises an introduction part 14 for guiding game balls, a horizontal conveying part 15 with a receiving part 15b below the outlet of the introduction part and a bottom part 15d having a fan-shaped bottom which is expanded as separated from the receiving part 15b and which is horizontal to the direction crossing the game board, and a specific ball discharge part 16 with a ball passage opening 16a disposed near the center of an end of the fan-shaped bottom. The distribution mechanism also has a pair of ribs retractable to the bottom to face each other near the receiving part, and a driving part for retracting the ribs. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
