An apparatus for manufacturing a holder rail of a wiper is provided to form a cutting part on an upper surface of the holder rail of the wiper connecting a rubber blade with a connection bracket, thereby producing the holder rail of the wiper having flexibility. An apparatus for manufacturing a holder rail of a wiper forms cutting parts(130) by cutting an upper surface of the holder rail having rails formed on the lower side and protruded linear guides(31a,32a) formed on the upper side by a regular distance. The apparatus includes a cutting unit(20) installed on a frame(10) to rotate in one direction by an electric motor(21) and having a cutter blade drum(22) with a plurality of disc-shaped covers provided on an outer circumference, and a jig unit having a feeding jig(31), a loading jig(32), and a discharge jig(33). The cutting unit is horizontally disposed at the upper rear side of the frame. The loading jig is coupled with a piston of a pneumatic cylinder(40) perpendicularly installed to the frame to be fed in the perpendicular direction. The feeding jig and the discharge jig are fixed to the upper front side of the frame. |
