A method and a device for feeding labels to a pseudo core are provided to reduce defective rate by receiving and feeding in a state that labels are drawn out and to simplify the structure and reduce the production cost by lowering the sucking force about the labels from the pseudo core. A device(1) for feeding labels to a pseudo core comprises adsorption maintaining members(15a,15b,15c) adsorbing and keeping at least a longitudinal middle portion of an inserted label; and a pseudo metallic mold(23) having a hollow unit approximately agreeing with the pseudo core attaching the label into the metallic mold, and an opening unit communicated with the hollow unit and possibly inserted into the hollow unit by elastically deforming the label through moving the adsorption maintaining members. The label inserted into the hollow unit is attached on the inner surface in the elastically deformed state to be moved about the pseudo core inserted into the hollow unit. The pseudo metallic mold has the label forcibly inserted through the opening unit to be tightly attached on the inner surface.
