<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding an elastic roller comprising foam while suppressing abnormal foaming such as the rough foaming or foaming irregularity of a molded product, or the overflow of a raw material to the outside of the mold and eliminating occurrence of air voids in the molded product, and also to provide an elastic roller manufacturing method and the elastic roller manufactured by them. <P>SOLUTION: The mold has the core material, which is arranged in a cylindrical mold and held by the core material holding parts formed by first and second piece molds, and molds the cylindrical elastic roller comprising the foam on the outer periphery of the core material. The mold has the first air venting groove 10a formed between the mating surfaces of the first piece mold and the opening of the cylindrical mold not only to adjust the internal pressure of the cylindrical mold but also to vent air from the cylindrical mold and the second air venting groove 11a comprising a groove part formed toward at least two directions in the outer peripheral direction of the first piece mold from the core holding part formed to the first piece mold to allow air to escape to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
