The invention relates to an antistatic heat-insulating composition comprising a silicon elastomer and an antistatic filler and characterised in that the antistatic filler comprises at least two types of mineral compound having a different density, at least one mineral compound is electrically conductive, the other mineral compounds make it possible to adjust the surface resistivity of the composition to a predetermined value and a homogenising agent makes it possible to homogenise the distribution of at least two mineral compounds in the antistatic filler. Method for producing the inventive antistatic filler, antistatic heat-insulating composition and an antistatic heat insulating coating are also disclosed.
