<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft alarm device for a vehicle, releasing an arm state of the theft alarm device for a vehicle in the case where operation from a security device as a regular means or operation by keyless entry, and generating an alarm in the arm state in case of unlocking by picking or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This theft alarm device is provided with: a drive detection part 11 connected to a drive part M or a drive control part 1 to lock/unlock the door provided on the vehicle for determining at least if the door is unlocked, from the state of the drive part; a lighting detection part 12 connected to hazard lights 2 or a hazard control part 3 for detecting the lighting state of the hazard lights 2; and a lock state detection part 14 to determine if the door is unlocked by means of a keyless entry device installed on the vehicle, based on output of the drive detection means and output of the lighting detection means.
