A cushion for a baby seat rack is provided to prevent deformation and contraction of a body by properly balancing a flexor and an extensor at the lower half of the body of a baby, and enable the baby to freely move. A cushion(9) for a baby seat rack comprises a head part pad(10), a back part pad(30), and a bottom part pad(50). The head part pad comprises a body support part(13) protruded along a lower edge thereof, and a pair of side head support parts(14) protruded along edges on both sides of the body support part. The back part pad comprises a pair of body support parts(32) protruded along edges on both sides thereof and extended from an upper edge to a lower edge. The pair of body support parts supports a body of a baby from lateral sides. The bottom part pad supports thighs and knees of the baby by a pair of thigh support parts(54) protruded along edges of both sides thereof. The head part pad, the back part pad, and the bottom part pad are separably connected to one another.
