This invention relates to food industry, in particular to the manufacture of drinks, with or without alcohol, such as in manufacturing medicinal preparations containing a pine cone extract of coniferous trees. Preparation of raw materials containing pine cones consists in cleaning the raw materials mass, namely by the way of removal of bits of grass, brushwood and adjacent sheets. A tank is loaded with 200 kg of pine cones, and the mass obtained is treated by a sorbant, namely crystalline sugar, introduced by bulk loading into the green pine cone mass; the sugar is introduced into the mass with the mass % ratio of - 5.0 50.0; the remainder consists of pine cones. Pine cones are infused, and the infusion is retained during 3 to 90 days at a temperature of 5° to 95°, depending on the size, the season of picking and the type of trees the pine cones come from. |
