A drain structure in a slope of a road is provided to prevent landslide by decreasing flow rate of rainwater flowing on the slope, and to protect a driver and the road by restricting loss of soil in the heavy rain. A drain structure in a slope of a road includes drain passages(30) overlapped and connected in a slope of a road, a foreign matter inflow preventive net(10) inserted to the drain passage, and a flow rate lowering float guided in the foreign matter inflow preventive net and the drain passage and lifted up by buoyancy to decrease flow rate. An assembling recess(32) is formed at an end of the drain passage, and plural inclined grooves are formed in the drain passage to lift up the flow rate lowering float. Uneven parts are repeatedly formed in a frame(11) of the foreign matter inflow preventive net, and a mesh(14) is contacted to the frame. A contact member(16) is contacted to the inside of the drain passage, and a flow preventive projection and a displacement preventive sill are fitted into the drain passage.
