PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate either first or second format as a format of job authentication information to be generated by a job to be secured or the other jobs according to the registration setting of job information to be registered in generating job authentication information.

SOLUTION: In registrating a predetermined job, when it is requested through the Internet 107, a control part 101b of a server 101 discriminates a job to be secured from the other jobs according to the registration setting of job information to be registered, and the control part 101b automatically generates either first or second format as the format of job authentication information to be generated by the job to be secured and the other jobs according to the registration setting of the job information to be registered.
