PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose manufacturing method capable of preventing the breakage or foaming of a coating rubber caused by the thermal expansion of residual air at the time of vulcanization of a hose, the occurrence of a flaw such as a pitted gas mark or the like on the inner surface of the coating rubber, etc. by preventing the stagnation of air between a core material and the coating rubber. SOLUTION: In the hose manufacturing method constituted so that cut parts 100 are formed to the coating rubber 10 after the outer periphery of the core material is coated with the rubber 10 and the degassing of the residual air between the core material and the coating rubber 10 is performed through the cut parts 100, the cut parts 100 can be re-joined after degassing by a molding process and a vulcanizing process.
