PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting Karaoke user to select a musical piece. SOLUTION: Image data obtained by imaging a user are transmitted from a client part 112 to a server part 111. The user is retrieved by comparing the similarity of data for image identification extracted from the image data with that of data for image identification of a registered user in a table 152 by a user retrieving part 155. When retrieval succeeds, the list of musical pieces previously selected by the user in a table 153 is read by an information acquiring part 156, and transmitted to the client part 112, and a music title is displayed. When retrieval fails, the list of recommended musical pieces is read from a table 154 according to the attributes of the most similar registered user, and transmitted to a client part 112, and the title of the music is displayed.
