PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical imaging system which is miniaturized and restrains the deterioration in optical characteristic. SOLUTION: The optical imaging system including an image sensor capable of photoelectric conversion includes: a first lens group having a positive refractive power; a second lens group having a negative refractive power; a third lens group having a positive or negative refractive power; and a fourth lens group having a positive or negative refractive power. It also includes: a lens positioned in the first lens group and having at least one aspherical surface; and a membrane filter or an optical filter restricting a part of the light between the second lens group and the third lens group or the third lens group and the fourth lens group.
