A plasma display device is provided to stabilize a grounding part of a printed circuit board installed on a chassis base formed of a nonmetallic material such as plastic. A plasma display panel(110) is used for displaying images. A chassis base(140) is installed at a backside of the plasma display panel in order to support the plasma display panel. The chassis base is formed of a nonmetallic material. A printed circuit board(150) is installed at a backside of the chassis base in order to be electrically connected with the plasma display panel. A grounding thin film(160) is installed at a front side of the chassis base. An elastic combination member(200) is connected with a grounding part of the printed circuit board and the grounding thin film in order to secure a grounding path of the printed circuit board.
