<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can decrease the errors of output object while lightening user's load when resetting the sheet which has been printed on the first page into a paper feeding cassette and printing it on the second page. <P>SOLUTION: Pattern information is written in an IC tag when printing the first page of the sheet provided with the IC tag in the image forming device (S10 to S17). The pattern information shows the direction to which the top of the image turns against the position of the IC tag on the sheet. When printing the second page with resetting the sheet which has been printed on the first page into the sheet feeding cassette, the pattern information is read from the IC tag ("YES" at S13), then it is checked whether the top and direction of the image at printing the second page for the direction of the IC tag is equal to the top and direction of the image which has been printed on the first page. As a result, it is determined whether an image turnover is required or not (S19).
