<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a response even if acquisition requirement of management information is generated from a network PC in operation of a printer device. <P>SOLUTION: A printer management information acquisition part 4 acquires the management information of the printer device after printing completion, and stores it into a printer management information storage part 5. When the acquisition request of the management information is generated from the network PC, a resource management part 12 decides whether the printer device 120 is in the operation or not. When the printer device 120 is not in the operation, a network control part acquires the management information from the printer device.
