PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner-part washing apparatus which can three-dimensionally wash an inner part of a material to be washed with an inner space and is improved such that its washing action is improved to give a precise washing effect to every corner. SOLUTION: The inner-part washing apparatus has a rotary shaft 15 which has a liquid flowing way 17 and is arranged to axially rotate, a pivot rotating shaft 28 which has a liquid flowing way 34 connecting to the liquid flowing way 17, is arranged to the crossing direction nearly at right angle with the rotary shaft 15 and is installed to pivot rotate centering on the rotary shaft 15 and to axially rotate, and a nozzle 29 which is arranged at the tip part of a pivot rotating shaft 28, and inserts the nozzle 29 into the inner space of the material to be washed to wash, wherein gas flowing ways 18, 35 are arranged from an gas inlet 36 arranged at the rotary shaft 15 along the liquid flowing passages 17, 34 of the rotary shaft 15 and the pivot rotating shaft 28, and a gas supplied from the outer part of the material to be washed is mixed with the liquid sprayed from the nozzle 29 to be sprayed as a gas/liquid mixed flow.
