<p>Disclosed is a capacitor which is short in height and bendable while having excellent interlayer adhesion strength. Specifically disclosed is a capacitor comprising a dielectric layer, a first capacitance electrode formed on a first major surface of the dielectric layer, a second capacitance electrode formed on a second major surface of the dielectric layer, and an extraction electrode formed on the first major surface of the dielectric layer and electrically connected with the second capacitance electrode. The thickness of the dielectric layer is not more than 5 µm, and the sum of the thicknesses of the first and second capacitance electrodes is not less than 5 µm and not less than two times the thickness of the dielectric layer. The first and second capacitance electrodes and the extraction electrode are made of a metal having a malleability. The dielectric layer and the first and second capacitance electrodes are sintered at the same time.</p>
