A waste edible oil recovery system that can reduce the work moving line of a worker by simultaneously separating waste edible oil from collected waste edible oil containers and compressing waste edible oil containers from which the waste edible oil is separated, reduces the installation cost by improving the installation area efficiency of the system, and prevents environmental pollution by improving separation efficiency of the waste edible oil is provided. A system for recovery of waste edible oil comprises: a storage chamber(20) for stacking waste edible oil containers on a placement surface in which a plurality of through holes are formed to drop waste edible oil remained in the waste edible oil containers into the waste edible oil collecting chamber; a waste edible oil collecting chamber(30) installed under the storage chamber to collect the waste edible oil dropped through the placement surface; a compression chamber(40) comprising a compressing equipment(41) installed to contact with one side of the storage chamber such that the compression equipment is movable along rails(45) to compress waste edible oil containers received from the storage chambers; a compressed container collecting chamber(50) which is formed under the compression chamber, and in which the waste edible oil containers compressed by the compression equipment are stacked; and a hot air generator for supplying high temperature air into the storage chamber and the waste edible oil collecting chamber to prevent waste edible oil from being solidified. |
