<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil antenna instrument of low cost for a wave ceptor clock which has a coil antenna property and the functionality of freely bending, in the wave ceptor clock which takes out luxury on design by using a metal cabinet or metal plating on a resin cabinet. <P>SOLUTION: A submagnetic path 5 is formed of a magnetic substance sheet of a low price which is composed of the mixture of soft magnetic material powder and an organic binder, and has the functionality of freely bending.
