PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly assign a business facility serving as a destination, as the destination, to enhance precision for a route guide thereby, and to quickly arrive at the destination for business, for a manager of a railway. SOLUTION: A "mileage input" button is pressed in a point kind selection menu screen to be transited to a setting screen for the destination having a "mileage input menu" shown in Fig.18. A "mileage" is input in a mileage input column, by pressing a numeral input button comprising "0"-"9", and a decimal point input button of ".". The "mileage" is input and a "determination" button is pressed to be transited to a screen provided with a "destination setting menu" with "route names" and the input "mileage" inherited, and inherited "name" and "positional information" are registered therein as destination setting in usual navigation, when a "destination determination" button is pressed, to finish destination setting processing.
