PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face push button and an electronic apparatus using the face push button preventing a large load from being applied to a switch without adding a member, and effectively causing moment to disperse and to suppress breakage. SOLUTION: A back face 110 of a pedestal part 10 is provided with an abutting plate 123, abutting against a side peripheral part 40 of the switch 4 on the switch 4 side, with respect to a switch pressing part 12; a connecting rib 124 connected to the abutting plate 123 and a pressing plate 121 and projected from the back face of a face pushing part 11; and a reinforcing rib 125, connected to the abutting plate 123 on the side opposite to the connecting rib 124.
