Method of controlling paper food grade and apparatus for carrying out said method

The method involves performing cytotoxicity analysis for a reference sample and a raw material (2) of a paper (3). A gas chromatography analysis is made for the sample to obtain a reference spectrum, and the raw material and paper are regularly sampled during fabrication of the paper. The chromatography analysis is made for each sample, and a spectrum of each sample is compared with the reference spectrum. Nature of products generating peaks of the analyzed sample's spectrums is analyzed if the peaks are different from peak of the reference sample so as to determine toxicity of the products. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing a paper food quality controlling method.
