A lancet assembly not required to remove a resin cover covering a pierce element. When a lancet structure (200) is inserted into a lancet holder (100), a force for separating a lancet cover (214) surrounding the forward end part (232) of the pierce element (220) and a lancet body (216) from each other is applied to them. The forward end part of the pierce element surrounded by the lancet cover is thereby exposed in the lancet holder, and the opening part of the lancet holder is located in front of the forward end part of the pierce element. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007 |
