A skin external composition is provided to prevent decrease of collagen while maintaining skin components and elasticity through inhibition of collagenase, thereby showing excellent wrinkle improving effect. The skin external composition comprises 0.001-20 wt.% of at least one natural extract selected from the group consisting of an Eisenia bicyclis extract, an Ampelopsis radix extract, and a Santalum album L. extract. The formulation of composition is selected from powder, gel, ointment, cream and liquid.
