A molding apparatus for manufacturing a light guide plate is provided to achieve an easy and economical processing process by fixing a forming plate having an aperture at the center to a movable side mold processed as a mirror surface form, and processing a fixing side mold as a mirror surface form corresponding to the movable side mold. A forming plate(3) has an aperture(30) at the center cut according to a specification of a light guide plate using a thin film material corresponding to a thickness of the light guide plate fixed and installed to a movable side mold(1) processed as a mirror surface form.
