A duct for a protected multi-electric line of an apartment house to be buried in a wall is provided to minimize the transmission of noise from a house to another house through a duct and to improve an insulating characteristic. A duct for a protected multi-electric line of an apartment house to be buried in a wall includes a duct body(10), a rectangular flexible terminal box(20) to surround the duct body(10), and a rubber finishing material(30). The duct body(10) includes four cylindrical pipes combined into one body. The cylindrical pipe is divided into four parts by a cross-partition. An insulator(16) is attached to an inner circumference of wire protecting pipes(16a) and the wire protecting pipes(16a) are inserted into the four divided spaces. Cables are inserted into the wire protecting pipes(16a). The terminal box(20) includes an opening to insert a guide pipe(11), a multi-stepped coupling hole formed on an extended line of a length adjusting rod, a plurality of locking recesses formed in an inner circumference to lock stopper balls, and a fastening recesses formed at a front leading end.
