A control device for a NAND flash memory is provided to enable a baseband modem to control the NAND flash memory by using an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) bypass function included in a camera control processor, thereby removing a necessity to assign a special port for controlling the NAND flash memory to the baseband modem. A control device for a NAND flash memory comprises the followings: a NAND flash memory(403) which includes a NAND_CE(Chip Enable) pin, a NAND_CLE(Command Latch Enable) pin, a NAND_WE(Write Enable) pin, a NAND_RE(Read Enable) pin, a NAND_ALE(Address Latch Enable) pin, a NAND_R/B(Ready/Busy) pin and at least one NAND_D pin; a camera control processor; and a baseband modem(401) which controls to read and write data to the NAND flash memory(403) by being connected to the camera control processor.
