A manufacturing method of a thin electromagnetic wave absorbent is provided to easily perform installation in a complex circuit structure by comprising a flexible and thin plate. A liquid electromagnetic wave absorbent including ferrite powder is coated on a heat resistance film(11) by using a coating roller(10). The coated heat resistance film is hardened in a dry chamber(12). A thin electromagnetic wave absorbent is formed by eliminating the coated heat resistance film. Heat temperature in the dry chamber lies between 60‹C and 180‹C.
