An apparatus for fixing a cover plate of a cover structure in LCD manufacturing equipment is provided to facilitate the coupling and separating of component parts, and strengthen the coupling state of the cover plate. A cover plate(30) covers square holes of a frame(10). An outside support member(40) is positioned at a unit square portion of the frame, and supports the outside surface of the cover plate. An inside support member(50) is contacted with and supported by the inner wall of the unit square portion and the inside of the cover plate. The inside support member is capable of fixing one side of the cover plate. A first coupling unit(60) couples the inside support member, the cover plate, and the outside support member with one another, or couples the cover plate and the outside support member with each other. A second coupling unit(70) couples the inside support member and the unit square portion with each other.
