A light-shading hat with a double band structure and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to improve beauty sensation by forming a band for wearing a visor on the head in a double band structure with the respective different materials and shapes. The light-shading hat with a double band structure includes: a visor(100); an outer band(200) formed to be stood upwardly in the state of being sewed on the rear and upper side of the visor; and an inner band(300) upwardly bent in the state of being sewed on the visor with the outer band by being positioned on the rear and lower side of the visor, and having an elastic member(340) formed on the inside thereof and having self-elasticity.
