A method for preventing key input hacking is provided to prevent personal information from flowing out with a hacking program like a key logger by receiving data such as an ID or a password from a user through a virtual keyboard randomly rearranged in an application program, and transmitting the data received through the virtual keyboard to a webpage or the application program. A server transmits the webpage for receiving the personal information from the user or the application program offering a similar function to a user computer(S310). A key input hacking prevention program is installed to the user computer(S320). If the user inputs the personal information to a text box included in the webpage, the virtual keyboard is displayed to a screen of the user computer by the key input hacking prevention program(S330). If the user pushes a shuffling key of the virtual keyboard during data input, the key input hacking prevention program rearranges keys of the virtual keyboard(S350). After the data input through the virtual keyboard is finished, the inputted data is encrypted and transmitted to the webpage by the key input hacking prevention program(S370).
