An organic light emitting device is provided to reduce a power consumption by minimizing a contact resistance between a circuit pattern of a pad unit and a TCP(tape carrier package). An image display and a pad unit are defined in a substrate(10). A plurality of anode layers and cathode layers are formed on the substrate to define a plurality of pixels. An organic light emitting layer is formed between the anode layers and the cathode layers. A plurality of circuit patterns(22) to connect with the anode layers and the cathode layers are formed on the substrate. An insulating pattern(28) is formed at a side wall of the circuit patterns. |
