A fire detector checking device is provided to check the performance and defect of a fire detector without using a ladder by installing a device for injecting smoke or setting operation temperature conditions of the fire detector, on the front end of a multiple-stage foldable pipe. A fire detector checking device(100) is composed of a support pipe(160) fixed and connected to the tip of an insulating cover(110) and inserted with a power line(122) supplying operating power to a heater(120); a foldable pipe(170) connected to the support pipe and extended or contracted; a power socket(180) disposed at the lower end of the foldable pipe and connected to an external commercial power source; an operating unit(190) installed at the lower side of the foldable pipe to control the operation of the heater; a burned material support plate(125) formed at the upper part of the heater adjacent to an opening of the insulating cover to prevent the inflow of foreign materials; a suction pipe(145) disposed at the outside of the insulating cover and connected to the inside of the insulating cover; a suction fan(140) sucking in the inner smoke of the insulating cover through the suction pipe; and a discharge pipe(150) discharging the sucked smoke to the outside. The fire detector checking device is engaged with the support pipe in an uneven form to adjust the inclination angle of the foldable pipe and rotated about a fixing bolt(165) to easily regulate the angle of the opening of the insulating cover. |
