A mobile terminal is provided to prevent the damage of a battery and its related components by releasing the battery by a uniform elastic force. A battery(130) includes a stopping recess(131). A case(120) receives the battery(130). A locker(110) fixes the battery(130), includes a locker body(111) and a stopping protrusion(112) inserted to the stopping recess(131) of the battery(130). and is installed to be movable up and down. A support piece(121) is formed in the case(120) and the locker(110) is connected with the support piece(121) by an elastic body providing elasticity.
