An elastic pavement having a reinforced drain structure is provided to prevent the elastic pavement from peeling by straight draining rainwater to stratum through a draining pipe. An elastic pavement having a reinforced drain structure comprises a concrete or an asphalt base floor(22); a primer layer(30) paved on the base floor; an elastic outer layer(24) paved on the primer layer; and a drain pipe(30) as a drain passage communicating the base floor and the elastic outer layer. The inside of the drain pipe is filled with a mixture made of EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Mixer), a tire, recycled rubber or a urethane chip and a binder. A plurality of drain pipes are arranged, and the area between the drain pipes shapes an arc to help water passing through the elastic outer layer flow into the drain pipe.
